About Us

Since studying overseas facial and body techniques at beauty schools in Paris, France and Milan, Italy, Caoru has been teaching the techniques, skills and knowledge she acquired in her career to beauty schools and professionals. In 2018, she started offering "small classes to learn beautician Caoru's techniques," in response to many requests from professional beauticians.

For courses that offers students to learn the basics of facial and head spa massage as well as a curriculum for specific purposes, L'eclat Beauty Academy issues a certificate of completion and a diploma issued by the Japan Beauty Professionals Association (*conditions apply).

The diploma, which certifies your mastery of specialized knowledge and skills in the field of education, is a great recognition of what you have learned and provides added confidence to your customers.

The number of domestic and overseas students to whom we provide training is increasing year by year. We launched the beauty school "LBA" L'eclat Beauty Academy by Caoru, hoping to provide many learning opportunities based on our philosophy of "training as many professional beauticians as possible".

Caoru began her career as an esthetician and rose all the way to spa manager at a major esthetic salon, gaining experience in techniques, hospitality, etc. in the process. She was in charge of and gained a reputation among VIPs and famous actresses as someone with a masterful touch. She then worked for beauty distributors, cosmetic manufacturers, and as a national trainer for international brands in Japanese salons. After working alongside beauty schools in Paris and Milan and studying international facial and body techniques, she started to work independently. She is currently working as a beauty consultant for hotel spas and cosmetic manufacturers, teaching at beauty schools, and currently supervising a skincare app for smartphones that guides users on professional beauty and skincare.

Caoru's signature method is a culmination of techniques she has learned in France, Italy, and Japan.Although the semi-customized facial treatment looks complicated, it is organized so that it can be smoothly introduced as a facial menu.Our very popular facial course is a favorite of many repeat customers as part of their facial menu.

This course consists of five techniques: pinching, kneading, flushing, loosening, and acupressure. Once performed, customers won’t be able to get enough of this massage.

What is face slimming massage?

Women who long for a slimmer face may feel that their face appears somewhat large or they want to have a more refined shape.
The reason may be due to a variety of factors...

”Crumplesage” - Beauty expert Caoru's head spa massage

Crumplesage is a technique of "head massage" and "scalp loosening". Dividing the head into three zones, we carefully teach the position of the fingers, the direction of pressure, and the angle at which the weight is shifted, based on many years of experience, to ensure that the massage is comfortable for the customer and produces results. Many experienced beauticians and therapists have also learned Crumplesage, and it is a technique that can be incorporated into your salon's menu.

What is a head spa massage?

Head spa massage is a massage treatment that, through the rubbing of the muscles of the head, promotes the relaxation of the muscles and encourages the scalp to relax.
It corrects muscle movement, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow. It also has a relaxing effect, improves sleep, provides headache relief, slims the face, reduces sagging, and improves the hair cycle for effective for hair growth.
